GHM, the management company based in Singapore and normally catering to the richest and most private 5* customers, is launching a mid-tier brand, Tin Hotels.

Aimed at the large middle class and millennials looking for a different, but complementary, accommodation offering these will be stylish social spaces with interesting food outlets and rooftop ‘Tin Bar’ with music officiated by a DJ.

The first hotels in Dubai and Oman are expected to open in the next few years, with a target of 35 properties by 2022.
