Buildings in the UK can often undergo many incarnations, being repurposed and revamped across the eras, with slums, churches and council buildings often reborn as chic neighbourhoods, bars and apartments.

In this article, ASAP member Citybase explores the history behind some of our most iconic buildings which now offer serviced apartments, including the Rotunda in Birmingham, the Salvation Army Citadel in Aberdeen, Burne-Jones House in Birmingham, Fraser Suites in Edinburgh, and The Old Post Office in Leeds.
