The key themes he will cover for our serviced apartment sector include:
- Breadth – as the Serviced Apartment market changes with more Aparthotels being built, and meeting the challenges of AirBnB, our technology must cover a wider range of customer booking journeys and guest expectations. So we need to be flexible and innovative in how we use technologies which are predominately designed for hotels.
- Keep it simple but fast – in-apartment technology should be fast and easy, allowing guests to connect their own technology for the real Home from Home experience.
- Be Digital – make Digital capabilities part of your DNA, not just Social Media and web presence but customer journey, guest engagement, employee collaboration and everything in-between.
