For the first time since it was purpose-built for its tenant Quest Apartments in 2006, a 79-serviced apartment block in Sydney’s Castle Hill is on the market for an undisclosed sum. It offers 4,249 m sq over six floors with 60 parking spaces, and offers a further decade’s lease extension when the current term ends in 2021.

Current local and offshore interest from fund managers and personal investors is around potential increased income stream, with the Sydney Metro Northwest rail line due to open in early 2019.
