Christie & Co has published a report on Poland’s hotel market, which shows continuous growth for several years and a 79% increase in hotel supply, especially in 3* hotels, in 2015 compared to 2006.

Arrivals and overnight stays are exceeding pre-Credit Crunch levels, and RevPAR in 2015 set new standards.

With investment in infrastructure and tourism high in Poland’s key cities, the lack of budget hotels in Poland offers opportunities for investors and operators especially among German, French, British and US buyers looking for branded business hotels. Notable incomers include Holiday Inn, Radisson Blu and Sheraton.
