The Knight Residence in Edinburgh, part of the Mansley Group, has signed up with travel tech start-up and ASAP Business Partner Criton Apps.

This brings to 160 the total number of organisations using the “mobile concierge” app on a trial basis or full sign-ups since its launch in December.

ASAP member Mansley Group is planning to use the software to translate its own app into Chinese as part of the Great China Welcome programme, to meet the needs of the growing number of Chinese guests.

Julie Grieve of Information Apps (pictured with The Mansley Group’s Colin Stone) adds: “Our app service is an easy and affordable route for independent hotels, serviced apartments and holiday home owners to offer the benefits of an app to their guests.”
