Call to action to ASAP Members to submit objections – by Wednesday 26 October

ASAP fully supports the British Hospitality Association’s (BHA’s) initiative to challenge the proposed significant increase to business rates which  could have a very serious impact on our industry.

ASAP’s Legal Think Tank Strategic Group has discussed this serious issue and is working closely with Ian Charman of Turner Morum, and will be submitting a written objection to the Valuations Office on behalf of all our members.

However we urge all members affected to urgently write to the Valuations Office to outline their objections in the strongest possible terms.

Important: The closing date is close of business Wednesday 26 October hence we urge all ASAP members who could be affected to act straightaway.
