According to the head of hospitality at Airbnb, business travel makes up about 10% of overall bookings on the platform, with more listings appearing on conference websites to offer attendees an alternative user experience at various price points.

In November, Airbnb launched the Business Travel badge to certify that hosts are providing additional amenities suitable for business travelers, from ironing boards to fire alarms and CO2 detectors, and offering companies amenities such as detailed reporting and direct billing.

In future Presently, Airbnb will be looking to provide a meetings-specific section on its website to target corporate travel planners.
