Homewood Suites by Hilton is testing out a food concept that will encourage guests to use the in-room kitchens during their extended stays. Guests at their suites in Atlanta and Dallas can order meal kits with pre-portioned ingredients and instructions for preparation, directly from the manufacturer, at a 20% discount.

Sales of fresh meal kits were reportedly worth $1 billion globally last year, and if popular, the service may be rolled out by Hilton across other parts of the U.S.
