The Middle East outbound travel market was the world’s fastest-growing market this year with a 9 per cent increase in outbound trips over the first eight months of this year. European destinations as well as countries offering Islamic hospitality feature highly, in a trend that sees increasingly younger travellers on trips of several weeks.

Furthermore Arabian tourists often travel in extended family groups, including children, and often seek out serviced apartments where a maid does the cooking and cleaning.
