Staycity Aparthotels’ two new properties in France have achieved high occupancy and exceeded budget expectations in their first month of trading.

The 108-apartment Staycity Centre Vieux Port opened in Marseille at the start of February and occupancy for March reached over 80% with bookings for April expected to exceed this, while the 144-apartment purpose-built Staycity Lyon that opened in early March, is also likely to be ahead of budget expectations in its first few weeks.

Staycity already operates a property in Paris, and is expected to add further properties in France over the next 18 months.
