The Caterer has announced that the 80-room South Place Hotel in London, between London’s Liverpool Street and Moorgate, has reportedly been sold to Hong Kong-based investment holding company Tian An China Investments Company for £67 million.

At £837,000 per key this represents a high valuation for this, the first hotel from restaurateurs, D&D London, who will reportedly continue to operate the hotel under the new ownership.
