Almost half of corporate travel managers use so-called disruptors when booking independently, compared to 20% last year, with 28% now including sharing economy providers in their travel policy compared to 8% last year.

56% have used Uber more and 17% have increased bookings through Airbnb in the last 12 months. This is seen as part of the move towards listening to travellers themselves, and offering them a more personalised option.
