ASAP is delighted to announce that Newcastle will be the first port of call for its much-expanded regional events programme this autumn when it returns to the city on 20 September to host its second members networking event, following on from its successful inaugural event last year.

James Foice, ASAP CEO comments:

‘I’m delighted that our autumn series of regional networking events will take us first to Newcastle on 20 September. This will be an excellent opportunity for serviced apartment operators and agents in the North East – both members and prospective members of our Association – to come together and meet with our ASAP team, exchange ideas, debate regional trends and find out more about our rapidly growing sector and the work of the ASAP.

‘I am especially grateful to Vivien Herrera-Lee, Managing Director of Properties Unique, for very generously hosting our 2017 event at the wonderful BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art.  Properties Unique have been a pioneer of serviced apartments in the North East and have been longstanding members of the ASAP for over 8 years.   It’s fantastic that Vivien and her team have been such strong champions of our ASAP Quality Accreditation Programme and this event is a great opportunity for us to witness how the sector is thriving in the North East’.

Vivien Herrera-Lee, Managing Director, Properties Unique Ltd

‘Properties Unique are very much looking forward to welcoming all ASAP Members to the North East meeting, at the inspiring BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art. The venue was originally an old Flour Mill, from which you can enjoy spectacular River views across the bridges, which include the famous Millennium Bridge.

‘We do hope you will join us to experience the warmth and hospitality that Properties Unique boast and that the North East region are renowned for, enjoying complimentary drinks from the bar and English style ‘tapas’, with background music from local string quartet North East Soiree.”
