In an initiative to integrate the perspective of younger managers into the larger company’s strategy, a shadow board of 13 managers, equal numbers of men and women, from different disciplines, under the age of 35 and drawn from all over the world, has been set up by Accor Hotels.

The board will serve 18 months questioning and challenging current brand strategy, focusing on customer experience from a younger point of view, especially around the new, co-living Jo&Joe brand.
