From the start of 2017, IHG Rewards Club members will no longer receive their usual membership perks on hotel stays booked via third party websites such as Booking.com and Expedia.

To enjoy their usual privileges such as free in-room Internet access, priority check-in, complimentary room upgrades and a late check-out, they must instead make reservations direct through IHG’s website, app, central reservation system, direct with the hotel or through corporate travel portals.
